When you connect certain accountancy software packages you can, via the entrepreneur portal, add analytical codes (cost centers and cost units) to invoices.
This option is currently available for Exact Online, Octopus and Wings Cloud.
You first need to configure the analytical codes in the accountancy software. During the next synchronization, they will become available for the entrepreneur and the fields 'cost center' and 'cost unit' will appear in the entrepreneur portal.
You can add analytical codes on invoice and/or order line level.
You need to activate the setting 'Analytical' in the entrepreneur portal to assign the codes. Please note: this setting will only appear if there is a connection with an accountancy software that allows for analytical accounting in Billit.
