No. We will never ask you for a credit card number. You only need an email address to create an account and try out Billit for free.
At the end of your trial period, you can decide for yourself whether you want a paid license or not. Your account and details will be retained, so that you can get straight back to work if you choose a paid license. Don’t worry – we will never automatically convert your trial license into a paid license.

Every license is for 1 user by default. This is because we need to create an individual user account for everyone who uses Billit for security reasons. For €5 per user per month, you can add extra users to your license.
You need to purchase a separate license for every company with its own company registration number. It is easy to switch between different companies in your user account.

You receive the annual discount immediately after purchasing an annual license. The extra month is calculated on the annual invoice that you receive.

You will receive an electronic invoice from us that you can pay by scanning the QR code or making a manual transfer. You can also choose automatic payment by direct debit. Find out how to activate direct debit.
You will receive your first invoice on the first working day after purchasing your license. You will receive the next invoice, depending on the duration you have chosen, after a month, quarter or year. You always pay in advance for the coming license period.
All the documents you create or process in Billit: sales and purchase invoices, receipts and credit notes.
No problem, Billit will not block your account or force you to choose a more expensive license.
The total number of documents you can process is based on the duration of your license. So if you use more in some months and less in others, it can still fall within the total usage of your license.
If you end up using more than your license allows, the additional usage will be invoiced at the end of your current license period. See the overuse rates.

Yes, you can cancel your license at any time. It will then remain active until the end of your current payment period. At that point, it will be automatically cancelled, and you will not receive any more new invoices.
Yes, you can change your license to a different paid plan at any time. If you choose a more expensive license (upgrade), it will take immediate effect, and you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If you choose a cheaper license (downgrade), it will only take effect once your current license period (already paid) ends.
Yes, access to the Peppol network is included in all paid licenses.There are no additional costs for this.
Yes, every paid license gives you access to all the functions in Billit. Since Billit is an online platform, you will always be using the latest version.
Yes, accountants can get free access to a Billit accountant’s portal. From that portal, they can connect to your Billit account to monitor your accounts (and those of other connected businesses).
