In this menu, you get an overview of all imported financial transactions via your digital connections to your bank account(s).
If you don't have any bank accounts linked to Billit yet this menu will be empty. Please visit the tab 'Bank' in your company profile and add a bank account.
When your bank accounts are connected, Billit will automatically link (partial) payments to invoices by means of digital bank statements (or CODA files). In some cases it can be useful to manually link a (cash) payment to an invoice.
To do this, open the purchase or sales invoice via 'Income' or 'Expenditure' and click on 'Add' in the section 'Payments'.
Add the date, the amount and a short description and click 'Add'.
The partial payment is now linked to your invoice. The remaining amount due will be shown in the invoice details.
