After activating the daily receipts book, the new menu item 'Daily receipts' will appear in the menu on the left.
To start entering daily receipts, fill in the amount (including VAT) for that day and with the correct VAT rate. You can enter multiple categories (VAT rates) at the same time. Fill in a remark if necessary and enter the correct date. Please note: for any amount higher than € 250 it is mandatory to add a remark.
Next, click 'Add' to confirm the receipt.
In this overview you see the lines you have added in chronologically reversed order, from new to old. The Belgian law requires to keep all lines visible and it is not permitted to change or remove lines. If a line relates to a correction, you will see the date of the correction in the column 'corrected date'.
