To start receiving your digital invoices from Telenet all you have to do is send an email to tbadmin@telenetgroup.be. Make sure to provide them with your invoicing details (company name, VAT number, PO or reference number and Telenet customer number). When you send a digital invoice Telenet will always ask for a PO or reference number. If you're not a government entity you can just enter your Telenet customer number.
Telenet does not send PDF files in their Peppol e-invoices. As requested by our customers, Billit generates a PDF based on the information in the e-invoice. This PDF is of course not tailored to the Telenet company style. Don't hesitate to notify Telenet if you'd still like to receive a PDF from them.
