Create and send an invoice

This article explains how you can create and send an electronic invoice (UBL) in Billit in three easy steps (B2C, B2B and Government services).

Step 1: Create a sales invoice
There are different ways to create a sales invoice:

via the dashboard shortcut

by clicking 'Add' in the submenu 'Invoices' from the 'Income' menu

by indicating an invoice as sales invoice during the import via fast input

In the last case you import an existing sales invoice (this may be an old invoice or an invoice you created in different software) and you complete the details during the import in fast input. After saving, the invoice appears in the 'Income' list where you can send them immediately.

Receive and import files

In the first two cases you create an invoice yourself and fill in the invoice details manually.
