Evidence files via Peppol

An evidence file is a purely technical message about the transmission of your document. It informs you whether your document has been successfully delivered to the Peppol Access Point of your recipient.

You can find the evidence file of a document in the 'Messages' section under your invoice.

It does not tell you whether your customer is actually processing your invoice. To find out, the Peppol network provides another type of message, namely status messages or IMR messages.
