How much does Billit cost? What kinds of licenses are there?
How is usage calculated?
How can I terminate or change my Billit license and/or account?
How can I pay Billit invoices via direct debit?
How can I remove my account/profile/file?
If you want to remove your current account or or cancel* your paid subscription you can follow the steps below:

Deactivate all active integrations via 'Settings' > 'Integrations'.

Contact Support via the help button in the platform and ask to remove your account.

After the current (pre-paid) license expires, your entire account will be removed. Until then, you can keep using all features.

Hint: via the menu 'My company' > tab: 'Company documents' you can download all your invoices and documents.

Please note: don't forget to inform your accountant if you want to remove your Billit account.

*Billit reserves the right to remove deactivated accounts after a certain period.
