  • Change your email login

    Step-by-step plan to change an email address if the new email address is unknown:

    1. Go to "My profile": Navigate to the section 'My profile'.

    2. Section ''Login": In the login part you'll see the email address that is linked to your user account.

    3. Click the edit icon: On the right of the email address you'll see an orange icon shaped linke a pencil. Click it to edit the field.

    4. Enter the new email address: After clicking the edit icon a pop-up will appear. Here you can enter the new email address and confirm. Click the button 'Change your login email address' to make the change.

    5. Save: After entering the new email address you can save your changes at the bottom of the page.

     

    Step-by-step plan to change an email address if the new email address is already known:

    1. Add new user:

    2. Log in with the new email address:

      • Check the inbox of your new email address for an eamil with your password.
      • Log out with the button in the top right corner of the screen.
      • Log in again with the new email address and password you received via email.
    3. Deactivate old user:

      • Go back to the user overview.
      • Click the icon under 'Actions' next to the email address you want to remove.
      • Switch off the option next to 'Active' at the top to deactivate this address.
      • Please note: If you don't do this you will be charged 5€/month extra for this additional user.
