Specifically, all e-invoices for public contracts that pass the threshold in this public procurement act need to be submitted in XML format. This applies to invoicing for central, regional or local authorities.
There is no obligation yet for e-invoicing between businesses but the e-invoicing standard is not yet completely implemented.
