From now on, for every invoice you send in Billit via Peppol, you will receive notification that it has been successfully delivered to your recipient’s Access Point. These ‘evidence files’ serve as proof that you have done everything required to send your invoice correctly.
‘Evidence files’ can be found in Billit under ‘Messages’ under each sales invoice you have sent via Peppol. They are listed at the bottom right as a date and time of receipt. You will normally receive an evidence file just seconds after sending your invoice.

The Belgian national Service Metadata Publisher (SMP), smp.belgium.be, will be discontinued on 1 January 2024. But Billit users will not be affected.
